What We Accept for Returns
We gladly accept returns and will issue a full refund or send a replacement in the following situations:
✓ Defective Labels — Labels that smear, jam, fail to feed, or do not adhere properly under normal use.
✓ Damaged in Shipping — Product that arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling.
✓ Incorrect Item Shipped — You received a different size, format, or product than what you ordered.
✓ Print Quality Issues — Labels that produce significantly degraded print clarity when used with a compatible Dymo or Brother printer.
In all eligible cases, you will not be required to pay return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
What We Cannot Accept for Return
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns in the following situations:

Label Rolls that have been opened, partially used, or removed from their original packaging.

Orders where the incorrect size or model was selected by the buyer at checkout.

Returns initiated more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.

Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers, not directly from Labels123.net.

Damage resulting from improper storage, incompatible printers, or user error.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution — a prepaid return label, a replacement shipment, or a refund confirmation within 3-5 business days.

If a return is required, ship the item back in its original packaging using the label we provide.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
We aim to resolve every issue on the first contact. Your time is valuable, and we don’t believe in making our customers jump through hoops.

Exchanges
Need a different size or format? Contact us via email. You are responsible for return shipping of the products back to us. Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip for refund. Then, proceed to make the correct purchase of the needed labels.
